WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Create one vertical video between 25 and 35 seconds long.

2. Catch people's attention in the first 3 seconds with an interesting opening about food, fitness, or nutrition.

3. Show yourself using Nut AI to scan a real meal and view its calories and macros.

4. Share your honest experience in your own style. Keep the video simple, natural, and interesting.

5. Post the video on your own TikTok or Instagram account.

6. Keep the video public and send us the post link within 24 hours of publishing.

WHAT YOU GET
