Snug Planner: a cozy personal planner

Hi, I'm Ruben. I build Snug Planner on my own. It is a cozy all-in-one planner: projects, tasks, notes, files and your calendar live in one app.

Who I want to reach: people with a full-time job and a pile of side projects. They have tried Notion, Todoist and the rest, and they have a graveyard of projects that quietly died in some app they stopped opening.

Some ideas to start from. Pick one, mix them, or bring your own. You choose the story and the format.

• Brain dump to project. Connect Claude to Snug, paste your messy notes, and watch them turn into a project with tasks. No other planner does this. More in this blog post.

• Why cozy matters. A planner that feels calm is one you actually open on a tired Tuesday night.

• An honest switch. Moving a side project out of Notion or Todoist. What got better, and what you would change.
