About this campaign

We're looking for motivated creators to join the Sprout Creator Program and create short-form content for one of the fastest-growing AI job search apps.

No large following or previous UGC experience required. We're looking for people who are comfortable on camera, willing to learn, and serious about improving their content.

We're especially looking for creators who are:

• Comfortable speaking and acting on camera
• Able to create engaging TikTok/Reels-style content
• Consistent and open to feedback
• Interested in learning how to grow accounts and create viral content
• Based in or able to create content targeting the US, Canada, UK, Australia, or New Zealand

Some of our creators started with zero content experience and have gone on to generate millions of views and build audiences from scratch.
